PRACTICE POLICIES
Dress code
For sessions which include active or passive stretching or movement education, all clients wear loose, comfortable running shorts, plus a non-binding tube top or camisole, as personal modesty & current Washington State draping practices indicate.
Massage sessions, clients remain fully draped at all times.
BOOKING

There’s always room for new clients.
I’m old school! I don’t use online schedulers.
Existing clients can text me anytime to schedule a session or request to be put on a waiting list for cancellations.
CONFIRMATION & REMINDERS
Following your booking, you will receive text confirmation of the date and time of your session, directions, and any other relevant details.
As a courtesy, clients receive a text reminder on the day preceding their session.
SICKNESS & Cancellation policy
If you have an appointment but develop symptoms of any sickness, text or call me to reschedule your session. Thank you for taking care of yourself and for helping everyone stay healthy.
Text me to cancel an appointment.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and I am able to fill that appointment time, there will be no charge. If not, there will be no charge–the first time. After subsequent cancellations my session fee will be charged.
If an appointment is forgotten (you do not come or call), my session fee will be charged.

On the phone or in the office, we discuss your questions, issues, and concerns and how holistic, integrative massage therapy help you.
No hands-on assessment or work will be done during a consultation, nor is there any obligation to work with me.
INSURANCE INFORMATION
Mine is a cash-based practice: I am not contracted with any insurance company.
If you have out-of-network massage benefits you may be entitled to some reimbursement for massage services; I will happily provide a receipt or “superbill” for you to submit.
Please talk with me if you’re interested in making such arrangements.
MASSAGE AND BODYWORK FOLLOWING A CAR ACCIDENT
Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) or Personal Injury Protection (PIP) medical massage is intended for clients with an open auto insurance claim and a referral from a doctor for massage therapy following a motor vehicle accident.
By prior arrangement and with the appropriate benefits and paperwork in place, I am happy to bill your claim directly for an additional fee.
Contact me directly to set up an MVA session or series.
