HI, I’m OLIVIA :)

In a nutshell, I BELIEVE quality of life depends ON a HEALTHY CONNECTION TO OUR BODIES & OURSELVES.

My work is grounded in time-tested proprietary bodywork techniques—Soma® Structural Integration, neuromuscular and myofascial therapies—and I incorporate deep listening, breathwork, gentle somatic movement education.

The result: a newly felt sense of the stability, ease and grace of the core embodied self.

Say yes!

WHAT I OFFER

In careful, joyful service to MY human COMMUNITY

The methods I practice are the same ones that helped me find my way back to myself. For years I felt lost—eroded by family dynamics, cultural pressures, and the need to perform. On the outside, life looked fine, but inside I felt numb, disconnected, and unwell. Eventually, my body and spirit forced me to stop running.

Through motherhood, yoga, bodywork, and spiritual practice, I began to heal.

Slowly, miraculously, I rediscovered presence, wholeness, and quiet truth in my body.

If I can, you can too.

Since 2012, I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Soma® Structural Integrator, offering deep, meditative bodywork rooted in Rolfing®, neuromuscular, and myofascial therapy. I’ve built a private practice in Olympia blending deep, meditative bodywork with an eye to the holistic aspects of healing.

I weave healing breathwork, movement, and gentle somatics into this work.

Every session is shaped by reverence for the whole body and whole person.

I also hold an M.A. in Jungian and Archetypal Psychology, and I bring that lens into my studio. This side of my work supports those longing to awaken their inner voice, reclaim artistic energy, or find meaning in life’s thresholds and transitions.

This work is for anyone living with pain, stress, creative blocks, or the quiet ache of disconnection. You don’t have to fix or figure everything out—just come as you are. I’ll meet you there, with presence and care.
