    • Experiencing feelings of disconnection from your body or life?

    • Discovering a new interest in self care?

    • Seeking new levels of healing so you can move on?

If any of those things are true AND you have a willingness to change something—anything, even the smallest thing—to reach your healing goals, Soma® is the key you’ve been waiting to find!

P.S. If you’re a creative person … if you’re working with your inner child or inner critic … if you seek even more joy & self-expression … check out my Soma® OPUS below!

  • Soma® is a gentle, powerful invitation to come home to your body. It’s a blend of science and soul—an approach that works through your fascia (the body’s connective tissue) while also engaging your mind, emotions, and imagination. This bodywork recognizes that how we stand, move, and feel shapes the quality of our lives.

The core of this work is the Soma® Series—an eleven-session process designed to create real, lasting change in your body and your life. Each session builds on the one before it, helping to unwind tension, improve alignment, and bring more ease to how you move and feel.

Every session includes hands-on bodywork (on the table), nervous system support, movement education (off the table), and simple reflections or reading to help integrate the work into your daily life.

It’s not just treatment—it’s education for your body and mind. Soma® is perfect for anyone who’s been cleared for massage therapy and is ready to feel more free, grounded, and comfortable in their body. And there’s no pressure to commit to the whole series—you can go at your own pace. Healing takes time, and this work honors that.

Sessions are two hours long and tailored specifically to your needs. Techniques might include myofascial release, assisted stretching, neural and visceral work, and more—always guided by your goals.

Soma® helps you feel more alive, grounded, and capable—less stuck, less tense. The results are lasting because they’re co-created. You’re not just receiving change; you’re participating in it. This isn’t just about feeling better. It’s about becoming more you.

  • There are eleven sessions in a Soma® Structural Integration series.

You can choose to complete as many as you want, and you can take as much time as you want to do so.

Every single session addresses and balances the body, bodymind, and nervous system for progressive & profoundly powerful healing.

  • You’ll enjoy the highest quality bodywork on the table, enlightening & joyful movement education off the table, plus exercises and reading to take home which prepare you for the next session to come.

Soma® clients wear comfortable athletic clothing during their session, because we work on and off the massage table.

  • These 120-minute sessions cost $200 each.

“Soma was a big piece of the solution to my anxiety. I learned how to feel good being in my body, and my mind followed”

Gentle bodywork for nervous system regulation

SOMASSAGE® HOLISTIC MASSAGE THERAPY

  • Are you …

    • Living with chronic pain, stress, anxiety that’s just not going away?

    • Experiencing feelings of disconnection from your body or life?

    • Discovering a new interest in self care?

    • Seeking new levels of healing so you can move on?

If any of those things are true AND you have a willingness to change something—anything, even the smallest thing—to reach your healing goals, Soma® is the key you’ve been waiting to find!

P.S. If you’re a creative person … if you’re working with your inner child or inner critic … if you seek even more joy & self-expression … check out my Soma® OPUS below!

  • Living with chronic pain can be exhausting—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My holistic massage sessions are designed to gently support your body’s natural healing process by going beyond surface-level tension. Using a blend of techniques like myofascial release, Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular massage, I work intentionally at the perfect depth to help unwind deep-seated patterns of tension.

Fascial work is especially helpful for those managing conditions like fibromyalgia, chronic tightness, old injuries, or stress-related tension. Each session is tailored to your needs—whether you’re looking for soothing, nurturing touch or deeper therapeutic support.

You’ll be met with compassion, presence, and a safe space to relax, restore, and reconnect.

This work isn’t about temporary relief. It helps your body find balance and resilience. As fascia becomes more supple and functional, your nervous system downshifts. Muscles work together better, joints move more freely, and pain decreases—leaving you feeling more at ease in your body.

Mindful, intelligent touch therapy can create real, lasting change. I’m here to support that journey.

  • This is highest quality bodywork for resetting the nervous system, smoothing and balancing the fascia with just the right depth.

No painful “trigger point” work. Nothing abrupt or jarring. No excess oil either.

You will feel balanced, grounded, great afterward.

Somassage® clients usually wear comfortable athletic clothing during their session, because although this work happens exclusively on the table, moving from sidelying to prone to supine positions is simply easier when there’s more coverage.

  • These 90-minute sessions cost $150 each.

CREATIVE COMMUNITY FOR CHRONIC PAIN & STRESS

IN OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON

Pain. Art. Liberation.

SUPPORTIVE Community workshops to ease chronic pain and stress

As an Affiliate Open Studio Process Facilitator, I host process-oriented workshops that are rooted in the truth of the body’s lived experience, supporting mindfulness & healthy nervous system regulation with the goal of helping people feel more whole, grounded, and connected.

Listen

… in the spirit of curiosity & openness to the present.

Away from the everyday, reconnect with your body, your voice, the quiet magic of creativity

When we live with persistent pain or stress, the body can start to feel like a battlefield. This workshop offers a different kind of space: soft, slow, and deeply welcoming.

Over two fully facilitated hours in this safe, 100% judgement-free space, we’ll explore ways to reconnect with ourselves through:

  • Gentle somatic (body-based) awareness

  • Freeform art-making (drawing, painting, collage)—ZERO skill needed

  • Intentional journaling and time for quiet reflection

  • Optional sharing and group connection

We’ll move at a comfortable pace, with time to honor our own unique rhythm. The goal isn’t to fix anything or get anywhere in particular—but to listen, feel, and rediscover the quiet joy of being in your own company.

Create

… out of sheer joy.

Slow down

… so that you can be present.

not A talking circle

This is MEDITATIVE, PEACEFUL—just what healing feels like

Tending to the emotional and somatic fractures that can sometimes impede healing, opening inner dialogues, strengths, insights. They’re a powerful complement to other therapeutic approaches—and a meaningful way to reconnect with yourself and others in community.

✨ You’ll be invited to:

  • Express yourself creatively without pressure or performance

  • Listen to your body with compassion, not judgment

  • Meet yourself with curiosity, imagination, and care

  • Remember the parts of you that feel whole, wise, and vibrant — and honor the parts that are still finding their way

🕊️ Come exactly as you are — just bring a journal and a pen (I have extras too)

GO DEEP

… so you might understand.
