What DOES IT COST?
Somassage® Massage Therapy (90 minutes), 150-
Soma® Structural Integration (120 minutes), 200-
Soma® Structural Integration OPUS (120+ minutes), 240-
Fees include all taxes and transaction fees. Please note that services and rates may be adjusted annually, or as needed.
I accept cash, Venmo, and major credit cards incliding HSA.
Effective June 1, 2025 I will add a 3% fee to credit card transactions because that’s what they charge me.
Do you accept insurance?
Mine is a cash-based practice and I am not contracted with any insurance company.
However, HSA cards are accepted as payment.
You may want to check to see if you have out-of-network massage benefits … which entitle you to some amount of reimbursement for massage services you’ve paid for. I will happily provide a receipt or “superbill” for you to submit. Please talk with me if you’re interested in making such arrangements.
DO YOU ACCEPT PIP AND MVA CLAIMS?
Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) or Personal Injury Protection (PIP) medical massage is intended for clients with an open auto insurance claim and a referral from a doctor for massage therapy following a motor vehicle accident.
By prior arrangement and with the appropriate benefits and paperwork in place, I am happy to bill your claim directly for an additional fee.

What are your STUDIO hours?
I’m in the studio by appointment only Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from roughly 12:00PM to 7:00PM.
WhERE IS YOUR STUDIO?
On the westside of Olympia, Washington, just off Route 101, near the intersection of Cooper Point Road SW & Black Lake Blvd. I’ll share exact directions when you book!
Dress code
For sessions which include active or passive stretching or movement education, clients wear loose, comfortable running shorts and a non-binding tube top or camisole as personal modesty & current draping practices indicate.

New clients click here to start the conversation. Existing clients, you may text me anytime to schedule a session or request to be put on a waiting list for cancellations.
There is always room for new clients.
I don’t have online scheduling.
CONFIRMATION & REMINDERS
Following your booking, you will receive text confirmation of the date and time of your session, directions, and any other relevant details. As a courtesy, you will also receive a text reminder on the day preceding your session.
ILLNESS & Cancellation policy
If you develop symptoms of any sickness, text or call me to reschedule your session. Thank you for taking care of yourself and for helping everyone stay healthy.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and I am able to fill that appointment time, there will be no charge. If not, there will be no charge–the first time. After subsequent cancellations the normal fee will be charged.
If an appointment is forgotten (you do not come or call), the session fee will be charged.
Workshop registration fees are non-refundable and can’t be reserved for credit. However, your ticket is transferable (e.g. to a friend or family member), if arrangements are made prior to the event. Reach out to me to make this transfer request.
Consultations
I am happy to provide free 20-minute in-person or in-office consultations for anyone interested in working with me.

No hands-on assessment or work will be done during a consultation.
