Olivia graduated from the Soma Institute of Neuromuscular Structural Integration in 2012 and opened her private practice in Olympia. 

With reverence for the whole body and whole person, she applies Soma’s holistic, integrative principles, developing meaningful, effective sessions using Swedish massage, deep tissue, and myofascial release techniques as well as breathwork, guided meditation, and movement education, where indicated and desired.

Her devotion to building that healing mind-body bridge, restoring a lived sense of wholeness in her clients, deepened and widened as she completed her M.A. in Jungian and Archetypal Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute (2016) and her Affiliate Open Studio Process Facilitator training at the Open Studio in Evanston, IL (2018). 

Years of involvement in the Pilates, Hatha Yoga, and Kashmiri Shaivist communities imbues her with a unique spiritual perspective on bodywork. She knows for herself how much it truly means to drop from the mental realms deep into the body, that rich, embodied core sensibility where only peaceful delight exists. And how challenging it can be to seek those inner spaces as well.

A self-taught and sometimes professional astrologer for over thirty years, she is currently researching the gentle ways the progressed Moon supports + encourages people in their natural unfolding.
